Description

My client, a well-respected Hospital in Western Alabama is seeking a Permanent Plant Operations Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous facilities/plant ops experience in an acute care setting with leadership experience preferred. The Director will have approximately 4 direct reports and will be reporting to the COO. This area of Alabama is known for its rich history and cultural diversity. The community is made up of friendly people who are always willing to help each other out. The town provides many recreational activities such as fishing, swimming, boating, and golfing. There are also plenty of unique local restaurants to explore. For those looking for a relaxed atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
