Description

A leading Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, enhance team morale, and patient-centered care . This is an excellent leadership opportunity for a candidate with DON experience in LTC/SNF settings looking to make a significant impact while working alongside a dedicated leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

*RN - BSN Required
*Proven DON experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF).
*Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills.
