Description

A reputable regional healthcare system in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Critical Care Director (RN) to lead its inpatient critical care nursing areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact patient care, mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day operations within a thriving Level II Trauma Center.

*Hands-on Leader: Comfortable making rounds, supporting staff, and staying clinically involved.
*Critical Care Expert: Proven experience in Cardiac, NeuroTrauma, or Critical Care settings.
*Strong Manager: Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team of 30 FTEs in a Level II Trauma Center.
*Operationally Sound: Skilled in managing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and staffing.
