We have a lucrative CRNA opportunity in a welcoming North Carolina community located just under an hour from both Raleigh and Pinehurst. This position combines outstanding earning potential with excellent work-life balance, strong CRNA autonomy, and the support of a collaborative care team model.
1099 CRNAs are guaranteed a 40-hour work week at $225/hour, providing annualized compensation of $468K+. W2 providers receive a $30K sign-on bonus, annual retention bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and long-term stability. Student CRNAs can also take advantage of a $3K monthly stipend from commitment through their start date.
CRNAs will enjoy a diverse case mix with the opportunity to maintain a broad skill set in a supportive practice environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, making this an excellent opportunity whether your priority is guaranteed high income, scheduling flexibility, clinical autonomy, or a long-term position in North Carolina.
