An established anesthesia group is seeking a permanent CRNA along the New Jersey–Pennsylvania border, offering a rare combination of strong compensation, clinical variety, and work-life balance. Enjoy a 4-day workweek with no call while earning $310K+ with overtime opportunities, an $80K sign-on bonus, and a $20K annual employment bonus.
CRNAs enjoy a diverse anesthesia practice with opportunities for regional anesthesia and hands-on procedures including spinals, epidurals, and central lines. The broad case mix provides an excellent environment to maintain and expand your anesthesia skills, and new graduate CRNAs are welcome.
The comprehensive benefits package includes an exceptional 20.6% employer 401(k) profit-sharing contribution, generous vacation and sick time, strong health coverage, CME reimbursement, employer-paid malpractice and AANA dues, and additional benefits. SRNAs are also eligible for a $1,500 monthly stipend through completion of their CRNA program.
